When i started lifting weights i was at the bottom of the list compared to everyone else in school. I often looked up too higher class men, such as seniors who were doing high weights and for a lot of reps, i could only dream of then. I've always been interested in weight lifting and asked my dad if he could get me a weight-set for christmas. He said he'll think about it, and the next day he came home with a nice one and it was great. I was really happy and eager to learn about more about it, and doing it the righr way.
Me and my dad started lifting, and we got into it and we eventually started working out and lifting weights eveyrday. I eventually got bored of working out in my garage and wanted to move too a gym, so me and my friends went to the YMCA, its was pretty sweet. After about 2 years of working out, im now stronger then most people in the school, and not even a senior yet. I was eventually thinking too myself that i wanted more than strength and wanted to go for some defintion, and thats when it started getting hard, lots of time on the treadmil and jogging outside. It was the worst part about it...! More to come...
